On October 31st, T-ara unveiled their first MV teaser for their new single, “Cry Cry“.
In this dark clip, Jiyeon is seen holding a gun while crying out, “It was you. Why did it have to be you, mister. WHY?” She then fires, and the MV cuts to a scene of actor Cha Seung Won lying lifeless on the ground.
The teaser moves quickly to several intense action shots of the
actors fighting, while T-ara huddles and cries with fear. At the end of
the teaser, a voice is heard saying, “Mister, do you regret meeting me? If I fall too deep in happiness… it might just kill me.”
Since a few members have considerable acting experience under their
belts, it’ll be interesting to see how this MV turns out. Check out the

The Wonder Girls‘ return to the Korean music scene has been nothing short of explosive: after releasing twobatches of photo teasers that blew everyone away with the ladies’ mature transformations, the Wonder Girls have delivered an incredibly fierce video teaser for their comeback album!
With equal levels of sophistication and elegance exhibited in the
previous releases, this video has got everything that fans have been
anticipating: a gorgeous set, and a rocker-chic transformation that
exceeds expectations. The teaser opens with a powerful vocal note,
followed by flashes of each member amid a room of hanging lightbulbs and
music equipment, with visuals full of hairflips, studs and leather.
Before embarking on their venture into the American market, the
Wonder Girls were known as “Korea’s Little Sisters”, but this maturation
proves that the quintet has done quite a bit of growing up over the
course of a hiatus that seems to have been well worth the wait. After
introducing the retro trend to the k-pop scene years back, the ladies
are ready to dominate with an edgy rocker-chic concept that fans new and
old will be sure to love. JYP Entertainment stated, “The
teaser photo revealed today is a teaser photo for Wonder Girls’ second
official album, and contains the image of Wonder Girls who have
perfectly completed the preparations to greet fans in Korea.” They added, “We ask for your continuous interest and love.”

It looks like the Wonder Girls are ready to take back the k-pop scene
with full force. Wonderfuls have been patiently waiting for this
comeback for years now — the question is, are you ready?
JYJ‘s Jaejoong recently revealed teaser pictures of his home through Maison magazine
and now more pictures of his luxury penthouse have been revealed. This
is a newly decorated home that Jaejoong just recently moved into, and
this is his sanctum in which he enjoys leisurely activities as well as
music composing.
The interior of his home expresses masculinity with splashes of color
that help accent and brighten up the home, giving it a modern and
contemporary feel.
Different areas of the home are decorated according to various themes
and comes together nicely as a whole. Reportedly, Jaejoong actively
took part in decorating his home, despite his hectic and busy schedule.
One of the designers remarked, “Jaejoong communicated well with
his designers and took their advice. He had some remarkable ideas for
the place, and it was fun to work with him.”
During his interview, Kim Jaejoong expressed his satisfaction with
the way the home turned out, and fans can get a sneak peek in the
November edition of Maison.
Singer Jay Park will be dancing to the hit songs of the 90′s at the 2011 Style Icon Awards taking place at the CJ E&M Center on November 3rd.
He will be emulating Kim Sung Jae‘s “In other words“, Yoo Seung Jun‘s “Passion“, as well as Clon‘s “Come Back“, but he will put a bit of his own twist to the dances.
He will also be putting on a special performance with a surprise guest as well as performing his new track “Girlfriend” for the very first time.
Jay has reportedly put a lot of effort into practicing for this event, despite being busy preparing for his new album release.
“I’m excited to be performing at such a stylish and significant
event. I want to put on a powerful dance performance first attempted by
my seniors, but put my personal twist on them. I hope to blow the
audience away.”
The 2011 Style Icon Awards event will be streamed live at 8pm KST hrough XTM, All Live, tvN, Mnet, etc. on November 3rd.
ZE:A‘s Dongjun became the youngest person to grace the cover of the November issue for the Korean edition of ‘Men’s Health’ magazine. Through the photoshoot, Dongjun revealed his muscular body – the result from many years of athletic training.
The idol’s toned body was made over the years through participating
in school sports such as gymnastics and soccer, and upkept through
CrossFit and weight training after his debut.
He also recently showed off his athleticism at the Star Idol Athletics Championships by placing in the top for various events.
His agency stated, “Dongjun has dreamed of one day becoming a
cover model of ‘Men’s Health’, so he was happier than anyone about this
photoshoot. They seemed to have given him this opportunity after taking
into account his healthy habit of exercising.
On a related note, ZE:A will be releasing their Japanese single “Daily Daily” on November 22nd, and will begin their Japanese promotions.
New rookie group ‘WE‘ has just released their first digital single “The Rain” on November 1st. The group’s dynamics are different, made up of three male members (Macho, Kang Han, Man Do), with female vocalist Rosie.
Each member has worked professionally in various fields as a dancer,
rapper, CF model, and musical star and have captured the attention of
the industry with their undeniably powerful stage presence. The group
named themselves ‘WE’, meaning the four of them must come together to be
explosive, and the four will continue to look ‘up’ and are determined
to reach the ‘top’. They want to show the industry what they are made
of, as a powerful performance team.
The group is attracting particular attention as they are the first production project of singer Kim Chang Ryul who took Korea by storm as a member of DJ DOC
in 1994. Kim Chang Ryul’s vast knowledge and personal experiences in
the entertainment industry have been passed down to ‘WE’, and the four
are now ready to impress their fans. Their debut song “The Rain” a
collaboration effort of composer Gu JaKyung who has worked with artists like Hwanhee, Crown J & Dal Shabet in the past, as well as the WE members themselves who helped pen the lyrics, reminiscing of their past experiences with love.
“The Rain” is an emotional R&B and Hip Hop track that sings of
present heartbreak and tears, reminiscing and aching to go back to a
past time in which love was fulfilling. The MV is also garnering
interest as director Song Won Young who has worked with Hallyu’s top stars such as Lee Bumsoo, Shinhwa, Brown Eyes, Brown Eyed Soul, miss A, and others has took this on as his personal project.
With the combination of their backgrounds, talents, and highly
respected production team, the four confidently dare to tell the world
that ‘WE’ are the best!
