It’s being reported that YG Entertainment extended an invitation to American rapper Ludacris to come visit their company headquarters.
According to Soul and Media Group on September 8th, YG Entertainment personally thanked Ludacris for expressing a strong interest in their music and invited him to visit their headquarters on the 19th.
As reported earlier, Ludacris praised YG’s influence in globalizing K-pop and even added, “YG’s hip-hop music has a competitive edge in the world market.” Some people in the industry are now speculating that Ludacris will collaborate with YG Entertainment, if he were to choose a specific company in Korea.
Following on the heels of YG’s recent creation of ‘YGEX’ with Japan’s biggest agency, avex Entertainment, this latest development continues to shed light on YG’s efforts to globalize their music exchange and possibly advance into the world market.
