JYJ’s Yoochun purchases a $2 million luxury villa with private garden!

JYJ member, Park Yoochun recently became a new resident of the rapidly growing celebrity neighborhood, UN Village located in Hannam.
Back in February, the singer/actor bought a 3,552 square feet luxury villa overlooking the Han river in the area.  The villa also contains a spacious, 1,067 square feet private garden.

It has also been reported that the villa costs around $2 million dollars.  Furthermore, Yoochun has yet to move into his new purchase.  He is currently investing hundreds of thousands of dollars to re-model the interior and has spent a lot of time constructing the garden.
A real estate agent provided further explanation of the residence and stated, ” Not only does the villa have an excellent view of the Han river, but is embedded with a top security system.  The area is perfect for celebrities as it is a very enclosed environment.“  The neighborhood also hosts other famous celebrities including actor Jung Jun Ho and singer Gu Jun Yeop.
A little over a month ago, JYJ’s JaeJoong was also in the news for his $3 million dollar luxury apartment purchase and thus, garnered a lot of interest from the public.  His penthouse which is attached to a terrace was reported to be approximately 3,197 square feet.  JYJ member Junsu also has a luxury residential complex in the same area and is a close neighbor of JaeJoong.

Music website Synnara shuts down due to JYJ’s immense popularity

Ahead of the release of JYJ‘s upcoming album “In Heaven“, scheduled to drop on September 15th, JYJ’s immense popularity managed to bring down Synnara Records website.
The servers were brought down on September 8th, a day before the pre-orders for the album actually went on sale due to the large amount of fans that gathered together for the pre-order. As soon as news on JYJ’s first Korean album, “In Heaven“, was made public, the influx of traffic kept growing and ultimately brought the servers down.
Furthermore, on the midnight of September 5th, JYJ’s company revealed a minute long music video teaser for “In Heaven” starring Junsu and Song Ji Hyo, and followed up with the release of ‘Get Out‘ on September 8th.

Park Si Yeon is a lolita for ‘InStyle’

Actress Park Si Yeon has transformed into a sexy yet innocent ‘lolita girl’ for her latest photoshoot with ‘InStyle‘ magazine.
Although she’s been known to be able to pull off a wide variety of looks, the innocent yet sexy look is harder to pull than most as it requires a careful level of balance between each look.  As expected, Park Si Yeon stunned her fans once again with a captivating style.
Dressed in form fitting one-piece outfits, she gives a sweet and innocent facial expression towards the camera, all of which brought out endless praise from the staff.

SHINee performs “Juliette” on Music Station + “Lucifer” to be SHINee’s 3rd Japanese Single?

The boys of SHINee have been quite busy, after their trip in Russia earlier in the week, they were in Japan earlier today to perform “Juliette” live on TV Asahi‘s popular music program, “Music Station“.
Despite the tiring schedule, SHINee gave off an amazing performance as always!

Shortly after their performance, SHINee headed off to the Haneda airport as they’re scheduled to hold a concert in Singapore at the Singapore Indoor Stadium on September 10th.
Additionally, it seems that SHINee’s 3rd Japanese single will be “Lucifer“. Although, not confirmed, many reputable sites such as HMV Online and YesAsia has reported that the Japanese version of “Lucifer” will be released on October 12th.

JYJ’s Junsu gives a house as a gift

JYJ’s Junsu gifts a Chuseok present of a grand scale.
On the morning of the 7th, an initiation for a ‘House of Love’, sponsored by Junsu, took place at an elderly woman’s home. This was the 6th time that Junsu had collaborated with the international relief & development organization, ADRA KOREA.
This year’s “House of Love’ seemed especially meaningful with its timing right before the Chuseok holiday.
The elderly woman who lives with her grandchild, lost her home last October due to an unexpected fire that not only destroyed her home, but her life as well.
With the help of her neighbors, she was able to apply for the ‘Building Houses of Love’ project and now finally has a new place to call home.
70 volunteers were brought in to complete the construction of the small but comfortable home, after breaking ground on June 21st.
Junsu has contributed major donations to ADRA KOREA since 2008, and these funds have been the source for ‘Building Houses of Love’ projects throughout the nation, bringing new homes to those in unfortunate circumstances.

Pledis to hold auditions in LA & San Francisco

Pledis, the home of top artists, Son Dambi, After School, and Orange caramel has informed allkpop on their upcoming auditions in the United States.
Dubbed the “PLEDIS U.S.A. Personal Audition” and through these auditions, they hope to meet highly inspired and talented people.
Differing from the usual auditions, the Pledis auditions will be a bit more personal as the applicants will be have more of a 1 on 1 audition with the Pledis staff. Compared with other auditions where you have to showcase yourself in a short limited amount of time, you will have ample opportunity to showcase all your talents and skills.
The two audition locations will take place in San Francisco and Los Angeles. Check below for more information.

Rania’s Xia reveals that she has a crush on Big Bang’s T.O.P.

On September 9th, Rania‘s maknae Xia recently made a guest appearance on cable channel Fashion N‘s ‘Actress House 2‘ along with her fellow members. On the show, she revealed that she was a big fangirl of Big Bang‘s T.O.P.
The show opened up with a discussion on love scandals amongst celebrities.  The girls were asked, “Is there a member of a male idol group that you would like to get into a scandal with?”
The members of Rania made a surprise confession on the spot that maknae Xia had a crush on Big Bang’s T.O.P.
Xia solemnly said, “But we only ever bump into male idol groups on our way somewhere so there’s not a lot of opportunities nor time to talk to them.  I’d like it if we were able to share co-ed waiting rooms.”
